My iPhone shows me how much battery life remains on the top right screen corner at all times.
The bar trickles down as I use the device, or as time inexorably goes by.
When in doubt, I can check what percentage is left on the pull down control center.
If I’m concerned about having enough juice to last till the next recharge, I can put the device on “Low Power Mode” which disables some features and services, to extend the remaining battery life in case I need to make a phone call, use the flashlight, or anything else I do on my omnipresent device.
