Limiting
Sometimes the most loving thing I can do is be present, witness the experience in front of me, and then walk away releasing all attachment.
Enmeshment, entanglement, role confusion, codependency and people pleasing are no longer necessary for my personal survival.
My energy, health, and well-being is my priority, responsibility, and privilege during this one and only lifetime.
I get to enjoy my experiences fully without having to prove I deserve them or feel guilty for having them.
I am worthy of joy, love and trust just because I’m alive.
And I get to choose where, who, and when to share connection, energy and space.
Limiting my interactions to only those places, people and animals who can honor who I am is my unique expression of love.
I have clean, clear, and solid boundaries. I am mine to hold in the highest love, esteem and care.
Does any of this resonate for you?
freeing way to live.
