Gaps
It’s our last night in New York City. We’re heading home tomorrow. What a great time we’ve had!
We had the privilege to witness world class performers during our stay.
Yesterday we enjoyed a live stage performance with only 5 actors.
Today we were immersed in exquisite chamber music with only 4 musicians.
These experiences allowed me to reflect upon the vital role each one of the team players have in the success of the performance.
In case you didn’t know, I’ve been learning, experimenting, and working closely with entrepreneurs for the past 7 years.
My most recent roles have been as a digital marketing strategist, a business coach, and a business consultant. Each of these titles are each a role unto themselves. And my personal commitment has been to follow the trail once I fell down the entrepreneurship rabbit hole. The purpose was to figure out what was the missing piece that kept small businesses struggling despite working very hard.
Enter the business application of Human Design, BG5 or Base Group 5. Once you understand that in order for a small business to function correctly, there must be 12 parts in place, you can’t unsee the pattern if you choose to look.
I’m excited to continue down the path of empowering small teams to discover whether they have gaps, so they can choose how to fill them in order to move forward, get the team to perform to the desired levels, and leave business uncertainty behind.
Are you aware of gaps in small teams you’re part of?
